Friends of CG Musa Reaffirms Commitment to Tinubu’s Renewed Hope, Uba Sani’s SUSTAIN Agenda, Backs Jerry Adams for 2027 Running Mate

Kaduna, Nigeria – The Friends of CG Musa Social Media Platform has reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the SUSTAIN Agenda of Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, describing both administrations as examples of purposeful leadership driven by measurable achievements in agriculture, education, security, and infrastructure.

In a statement released by the group’s leadership, the platform declared that its support for the two leaders is founded on what it described as “visible and verifiable performance,” while pledging to intensify grassroots mobilization in support of the administrations’ development programmes.

The group stated that its members remain convinced that the policies of President Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani are laying the foundation for sustainable economic growth, improved security, expanded educational opportunities, and inclusive governance.

Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda
According to the statement, President Tinubu’s administration has introduced significant reforms aimed at transforming Nigeria’s agricultural sector through the declaration of a national emergency on food security, expansion of mechanised farming, repositioning of the Bank of Agriculture, establishment of a National Commodity Board, temporary tariff waivers on selected food imports, and measures to improve security in farming communities.

The platform also commended the establishment of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), describing it as a landmark intervention that has widened access to higher education, while noting that industrial harmony in tertiary institutions has improved through sustained engagement with stakeholders.

On national security, the group highlighted the Federal Government’s approval for the expansion of the Nigerian Army with additional divisions and personnel, describing the move as a strategic step toward strengthening the country’s response to insecurity.

It further praised ongoing investments in critical infrastructure, including highways, housing, rail, ports, and energy projects, which it said are intended to stimulate economic growth and improve national connectivity.

Uba Sani’s SUSTAIN Agenda
The Friends of CG Musa also applauded Governor Uba Sani’s administration for what it described as transformative achievements across Kaduna State.

The statement noted that Kaduna has significantly increased budgetary allocations to agriculture while implementing large-scale support programmes for farmers. It also referenced the state’s participation in the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ) initiative, which it said has the potential to generate employment and accelerate industrial development.

In education, the group highlighted the construction and renovation of hundreds of classrooms, the establishment of new secondary schools, reductions in tuition fees across state-owned tertiary institutions, and government interventions to support students.

The platform further credited Governor Uba Sani’s peace-building strategy with contributing to improved security in several communities across Kaduna State, resulting in the reopening of schools and primary healthcare centres that had previously been closed due to insecurity.

On infrastructure, it praised the administration’s extensive road construction programme spanning all 23 local government areas, alongside investments aimed at expanding access to potable water for residents.

Endorsement of Jerry Adams
Building on what it described as a strong record of governance, the Friends of CG Musa expressed support for the possible emergence of Comrade Jerry Adams as the running mate to Governor Uba Sani in the 2027 governorship election.

According to the group, Governor Uba Sani has demonstrated qualities of inclusive leadership, unity, and commitment to development, while Jerry Adams possesses administrative experience and grassroots appeal that could strengthen governance and broaden public participation.

The platform said such a partnership, if it materialises, would reflect a commitment to inclusion and continued development across Kaduna State.

While acknowledging that the choice of a running mate ultimately rests with the appropriate political authorities, the group expressed optimism about the future of the state and prayed for wisdom for all those involved in the decision-making process.

Commitment to Good Governance
The Friends of CG Musa concluded by reiterating its resolve to continue supporting initiatives it believes promote peace, national unity, economic development, and good governance.
