APC Sabon Tasha Ward Swears in New Executive, Pledges Unity and Victory Ahead of 2027

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Sabon Tasha Ward has ushered in a new chapter of leadership and renewed commitment following the successful swearing-in of its newly elected ward executive. The ceremony, which attracted key stakeholders and party loyalists, marked what leaders described as the beginning of a new era of unity, consolidation, and grassroots mobilization ahead of future electoral contests.

Speaking shortly after taking the oath of office, the newly inaugurated Chairman of APC Sabon Tasha Ward, Hon. Kogi James Ganaka, expressed profound appreciation to the Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, for what he described as transformative developmental projects across the state, particularly in Sabon Tasha and surrounding communities.

Hon. Ganaka noted that the governor’s inclusive leadership style has strengthened confidence in the APC administration and inspired party members at the grassroots to remain steadfast in promoting the party’s vision for development and stability.
He also commended the Ward Congress Committee led by Hon. Musa Mubama for conducting a credible and transparent process that produced competent and committed individuals to lead the ward. According to him, the emergence of the new executive reflects the collective will of party members and signals a fresh start for the ward structure.

The chairman further extended his gratitude to several party leaders and elected representatives for their unwavering support to the ward and the party. These include the Member representing Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix J. Bagudu; the Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Umar Yakubu Barde; the Executive Chairman of Chikun Local Government Area, Engr. Salasi Musa; and the Member representing Chikun Constituency at the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Hon. Jesse David.

Assuring party faithful of the commitment of the new executive, Hon. Ganaka pledged that the leadership team would work tirelessly to strengthen party structures, foster unity among members, and mobilize voters across the ward to secure overwhelming victories for the APC in the 2027 general elections.

“We will not disappoint the confidence reposed in us. Our focus is to consolidate the gains of our leaders, deepen grassroots engagement, and ensure that Sabon Tasha Ward becomes a model of political organization and electoral success,” he stated.

The event was attended by several notable stakeholders including Hon. Marcus Yari, Hon. Sabo Tasha (Councillor), Hon. Jessy Luka Ajeson, Alhaji Murtala Rilwan, and Hon. Kelvin Kevin Bobai, Assistant Legal Adviser of the Kaduna State APC, among many other party faithful who came out in solidarity.

The swearing-in ceremony concluded on a high note, with party members expressing optimism and renewed determination to work collectively toward strengthening the APC and delivering resounding victories in future elections.
