Kaduna – The Convener of FRIENDS OF CG MUSA and Senior Special Assistant to Governor Uba Sani on Public Affairs, Hon. Victor Mathew Bobai, has joined His Excellency, Governor Uba Sani, and millions of Nigerians to celebrate the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Her Excellency, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, on her 60th birthday anniversary.
Hon. Bobai made the remarks in Kaduna while felicitating with the Deputy Governor, describing her as an astute administrator and accomplished medical professional whose life exemplifies dedicated public service.
He echoed the message of Governor Uba Sani, who in his birthday message to his deputy said:
“I warmly felicitate my Deputy Governor, Her Excellency, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, on the joyous occasion of her 60th birthday anniversary. This milestone offers us an opportunity to celebrate an astute administrator, accomplished medical professional and dedicated public servant whose life and career exemplify competence, compassion and an unwavering commitment to the service of humanity.
As a medical doctor and public health professional, Dr. Balarabe has made significant contributions to healthcare and the wellbeing of our people. Her wealth of experience in medicine, public health and public administration has made her an invaluable asset to Kaduna State and a steadfast champion of people-centred development.
I deeply appreciate her commitment to the development agenda of our administration. As my Deputy, she has remained a dependable partner, contributing meaningfully to our efforts to provide effective, inclusive and responsive governance. Her humility, dedication and strong sense of duty continue to strengthen our collective resolve to build a peaceful, prosperous and progressive Kaduna State.
On this special occasion, I pray Almighty Allah to bless Dr. Balarabe with continued good health, wisdom and strength. May He grant her many more years of purposeful and impactful service to humanity and Kaduna State, and fulfilment in all her endeavours.
