Hon. Victor Mathew Bobai has warmly congratulated Arc. Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar following the affirmation of his election as the Party Secretary of Kaduna State.
In a statement, Bobai described the development as a major step forward for the strengthening and institutional growth of the party, noting that the emergence of a vibrant and energetic young leader into such a strategic office demonstrates the party’s commitment to renewal, inclusiveness, and generational balance in leadership.

According to him, the affirmation of Arc. Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar reflects the confidence reposed in his capacity, loyalty, administrative competence, and dedication to the progress of the party across Kaduna State.
Hon. Bobai emphasized that the inclusion of young and dynamic leaders in key party structures is a great omen for the future, adding that it brings fresh ideas, renewed energy, and stronger grassroots mobilization that will further consolidate the party’s political strength.

He also used the opportunity to commend Uba Sani for what he described as a visionary and inclusive style of leadership that is deliberately creating space for the younger generation to actively participate in governance and party administration.
“Governor Uba Sani has demonstrated a remarkable leadership style anchored on inclusiveness, mentorship, and the deliberate grooming of younger leaders. By opening the political space for capable young people to contribute meaningfully, he is laying the foundation for a sustainable and progressive political future for Kaduna State,” Bobai said.

He noted that the Governor’s leadership philosophy is gradually redefining politics in the state by promoting unity, opportunity, and a culture of collective responsibility within the party.
“With leaders who believe in empowering the next generation, our party is clearly on a path of stability, renewal, and greater achievements. The affirmation of Arc.
